    Notice - Office Closure (March 7th 2025)

    The Park’s main office will be closed for the next two weeks.

    For urgent matters, contact a Board member with responsibilities relevant to your concerns..

    Notice - Maintenance Fee Payments (February 20th, 2025)

    As of April 1st, 2025, the Office will no longer process checks for maintenance fees. A $10 service charge will be added to checks left with the Office to recover the cost of forwarding checks to the Park accountant. Please make checks payable for $250 beginning April 1st, 2025.

    Direct debit payments, such as those made through credit card or ACH automated payments, are accepted at no charge, and the fee remains at $240/month.

    Reminder - Late Payment Fee

    During most of 2023, the park has not charged owners a $25.00 late fee when maintenance fees arrive later than the 5th of the month. Effective January 2024, late fees will again be incurred if payments are not received by the 5th of the month.

    Use of Pool by Visitors

    Rules and Regulations 2023 - 2024 are updated to clarify who is a pool guest. Rule 24.7 requires all guests using the pool to wear orange bands (available at the park office). A Bona Fide guest is someone staying with an owner in the park, not a casual visitor to the park!

    Beachway Park is a resident-owned, age 55+ community in Gulfport, Florida.

    Situated next to the Gulf of Mexico, Beachway Park’s 150+ park model homes are a half-hour drive west of Tampa and only a short bike ride into St Petersburg’s vibrant downtown or to top-rated US beaches.

    Amenities include an outdoor shuffleboard, swimming pool, hot tub, clubhouse, laundromat, and more.
